Joining BARK during the peak of the direct-to-consumer (DTC) startup boom, my role was to establish and scale their internal design capabilities, build a high-performing team, and elevate the brand's market presence. In addition to leading the design of their flagship BarkBox subscription service, I spearheaded BARK's expansion into major retail partnerships with Target and Petco.
I also directed the development of their home products line, co-branded collaborations, and the launch of BarkShop Live, an innovative pop-up retail experience.
